What we collect

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.

We only collect the information you choose to send us through the contact form: your name, email address, organisation (optional), the topic you select and your message.

Why we use it

We use this information only to answer your message and follow up on your request. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to marketing lists.

Who processes it

Your message is stored in a database hosted by Neon (Neon, Inc.) in the European Union, and a copy is emailed to our team through our mailbox provider, Namecheap (Namecheap, Inc.).

This website and its contact form run on Vercel (Vercel Inc., United States), which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the site securely. To prevent abuse of the form, we store a one-way hash of your IP address with your message; the address itself cannot be recovered from it.

How long we keep it

We keep your message for as long as we need it to handle your request and any follow-up, and then delete it.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it, by writing to contact@anora.solutions.

Changes

We will update this page if the way we handle personal data changes.
